Big toe still not ready for tap dancing but the class was cancelled so I have another week to heal and that's a good thing. I went to gym after work yesterday and worked out for an hour....yes on a Friday! No drinking this month..why did I join that challenge? Lol ...so taking my mom out for lunch tomorrow to a whiskey and bbq place. Oh, was that such a smart choice? YES I can do it.....hoping for chicken so I must check out menu tonite. Must make...scratch that.."I will make good choices!" If the sun could shine tomorrow that would be great. Winter is not my time of year to lose weight but it must be done.

im glad its summer here in nz , much easier to lose weight i think, its harder in the winter for some reason, all i want to do is eat and hot food, not cold salads
