Good morning all! Checking in, and trying to catch up with you guys. I'm kind of limited on that at the moment because I'm using the cell app.
Any who... weighed in this morning and have a 3 lb gain. I don't normally log 3 lb gains because I'be learned how my body fluctuates, ESP during certain time of the month. My big weigh in is a day or two after TOM (SORRY TM). I've pretty much stayed on plan (tho I haven't counted carbs excessively). I did come up with a wonderful LC slaw (OMG). I Ave been killing some pulled pork and hamburgers with it this week. Oh well! lol
