This is from the solar storms, right? How very cool. We had a rocket launch again last night, but visibility was meh. 

Google solar storms and auroras. Can’t remember where I read about it but you’re super lucky. 

Yes these are the northern lights but it the first time i have ever seen them it rear they come this south.  

Could you see the rocket 🚀

I bet so!! Been many years since I've seen them, and it was something special. And then it was no where near as brilliant as what you've just witnessed. Really spectacular, ad 😊 

I could see it with the naked eye, but the humidity made pictures difficult. I did get one great shot with the new moon and I got a decent one of the booster landing off the coast. Also saw the ISS. I 

I may look at my pics again tomorrow and see if there’s anything worth sharing.

Definitely share Kat, think I caught a glimpse of a shooting star or the iss tonight to. That’s my next bucket list item. See a rocket launch.

Definitely worth the 2 hours in a field 😝 

Ive spent a lot of time in the Highlands and the North East of Scotland and have never seen the Northern Lights! Adpreso spends 2 hours in a field and gets the display of the century!! 

I know Anne!! I lived in Inverness for 2.5 years and never managed to see it🤷🏽‍♀️. I couldn’t see it last night from my windows at any rate. Although the sky was very bright…gave up and went to bed. 

If you look carefully you can just see the green of envy seeping in 😝
