I REALLY want to get back to exercising! I'm like 2 lbs away from a HUGE milestone and since I was sick all week and could barely move and breathe I don't know that I'll be losing those unless I can get moving this weekend. The only problem is I'm still coughing and that could prevent me from doing much at all, since I'd start coughing the first time I started going good. Maybe I can take a nice long walk tomorrow if it's pretty outside. Do you think that would make me get winded and cough my head off? I could probably do some Wii Fit but not Active lol. Not yet! I was doing the 30 Day Challenge so I'm wondering if my trainer's gonna yell at me when I get back on and it's been over a week. I gotta lose 2 lbs... oh my gosh I can just see those 200s on the scale... I can...

You may have already lost the 2lbs since you've been sick. Try playing some Wii, that way if you get dizzy or anything you're in the house already and you can just lay down if you need to. Don't push yourself to hard, get better first!
