Well I actually recorded my food yesterday. And while not all of my choices were the best I did come in just under my recommended calorie count. It's a good first day, I think. Need to drink a touch more water. I was used to drinking 2 of my Nalgene bottles a day but this one is smaller than my old and only about 24 oz so I really need to aim for three plus the random glasses I have. But I am pleased. I started adding ina few random steps here and there. (I need to pick up a new pedometer since I cannot find any of the old ones). I want to start adding in walks and the Wii Fit again, as well.

Hey Sima, so glad you are back! Yes we sure can and will lift eachother. Recording foods is the BEST way to start over. Gives you a good sense of where you are and what you need to correct! So you have been maintaining well during hiatus? Thats wonderful!
