That's a bit better result😁 Calorie count last week was under target 🥳 I want to decrease carbs and increase protein a little. And need to do better at the gym; beginnings of a cold yesterday so I don't know how well the gym will work out this week 😷
234.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 59.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
