Well week 1 of the 5:2 challenge done and I am very pleased to have lost some weight. I am on a fast day today and I am trying to eat most of my calories at lunchtime and just having some Greek yogurt for dinner, to see if eating earlier in the day makes it easier. I have had a little change in my eating habits on my non-fast days too, as I was getting a little 'cheese happy', so cut that right down for now.
