What a day .. finally finished up a little early. Got another raised bed going. I put leek and onion seed in it and a few cloves of garlic .. will see what happens. Sometimes I get lucky and get to garden all year :)

About to shut down for Sabbath. Getting a head start. Be back tomorrow after sundown.

PS.. diet is going better than I expected. You really don't get hungry LCHFing it. I'm thinking the carbs are what makes you crave more carbs. Having a bit of trouble getting all the protein I need. I think I need a high octane protein pill LoL

If anyone has any quick fix recipe ideas or just a good meal plan to share so I can get ideas .. please share. Running my seed biz takes up most of my time and I will become even more scarce as my busy season rolls around .. so not much time to look stuff up.

Don't fret about protein. If you crave it, eat it. If not, no worries.

What has really worked for me to finally start losing is one cooked meal a day.

Boil up a dozen eggs so that you have protein/fat within easy reach whenever. And cottage cheese with pepper works, as does tuna fish with mayo & red onion. All are quick, high protein choices. You can also thaw out shrimp and eat with lime juice & avocado.

thanx Soon .. now i have some boiled eggs in the fridge :-) not too fond of cottage cheese or tuna but that shrimp with lime/avacado is doable .. appreciate the tip Muscle .. I've been LCHFing it for the last week. 1st time in my life I've tried this. Never thought I'd see results from the get go but I was amazed and a little apprehensive about the quickness of seeing any results at all. I have trouble getting to the numbers (i.e. daily recommended calories and getting ALL the fat/protein I should) .. but I'm staying constantly full and have had no serious cravings this week like I have had on countless other "diets" that I've tried. I'm a solopreneur/biz owner tho and sometimes don't have the time to cook something up .. or even figure out what I CAN cook up since I'm so new at this. So Soon's suggestions were exactly what I was looking for .. didn't think of either boiled eggs or shrimp but now I will :-) also thanx Jenny .. you're always here to help.. my new 'angel'
