According to psychology of performance goal setting is not a predictor to success since people who failed also set the same goals as people who succeeded

Nevertheless, short term, achievable and measurable goals, do help a ton. And specific steps to get there:

87kg by April 1st? 500g a week?
2 portions of greens a day.
Small dishes for portion control.
Put the greens in the plate first.
Protein next.
Alcohol only twice a week, Thursday or Friday and one weekend day. One drink each time, no more.
Exercising goals described on a different journal.
196.4 lb Lost so far: 17.6 lb.    Still to go: 31.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
