Saturday night I had some people over. They eat like us. We all follow a keto diet. So our dinner was an appetizer with Kalamata olives, salami, parmesan cheese, provolone cheese, sopressata, capocollo. I cook some skirt steak on the grill. Everything was keto friendly but I ate too much in quantity. So Sunday night we had leftovers and we decided to eat those. Today, Monday I eat for lunch - 2 oz of smoked salmon -4 oz of arugula and celery - 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil - 5 kalama olives - 1 oz mixed roasted nuts Today dinner - 4oz London broil - 4oz arugula and celery 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 12 tbsp pumpkin seeds
