Good Saturday morning from Central Texas; here in the Texas hill country it’s cloudy and rainy this weekend. Hope y’all have a great and fabulous weekend and stay safe. This week has been tough for me but have managed to attain my goals, that I’ve set for myself, we will see if the work I’ve put forth will pay off on my next weigh in.

These last 3 days my active calorie burn nearly doubled. Today I have it set at 600 goal and I’m at 1307 so far, yesterday was the same and by the end of the day it was 1687, Thursday was up to about 1500 so I don’t know what’s up with it. My intake was about the same as I actively burned off. I honestly don’t know? Tuesday morning will show if things are going well. But you’re right slow and steady for the long haul. I’m up for it.
