I am not doing well intestinally. I am swinging back and forth from constipation to diarrhea, and it's been happening ever since the prep for the colonoscopy three weeks ago. This was exactly what I was afraid of and why I had delayed the colonoscopy until finally I was so scared that all these symptoms might indicate colon cancer that I went ahead and had the test, and of course my colon was completely normal, except for the IBS-D+C, which I am apparently stuck with permanently. So I think I need to get a bit more rigid about my diet for a few weeks and see if I can get back to where I was before I destabilized myself by drinking that horrible stuff for the test. I am so miserable, and I am so tired of this. And I can't believe I'm going to have to live with this forever. I have to get myself stabilized again -- I was doing so well until this stupid test.
