So.. Today is off to a blazing good start... I have logged in 30 minutes of bike sprints taking all the girls to and from school.. I have one more 10 minute spurt in a bit... And I'm on track with eating.. I still need to find some clean protein snacks that are not egg based to round out my calories.. Anyone poking by reading this: feel free to leave me tips.
