Feeling very good this morning... Didn't have anything to drink last night, which is awesome because it means that I also didn't smoke :)
I wasn't perfect but I was at least 1000 calories in the defecit...
Going out for dinner tonight, but it's with a fellow ww member so I will be motivated to make healthy choices... Lunch is planned... Brekk is a little up in the air... Snacks are planned...
I know that it takes positive changes may not show up on the scale immediatly, but I really really hope that my weigh in this Saturday goes well...
