150.6? 150.6!? I already regretted trying the new flavor of chips but this just adds to it. such regret. I know its only a little but this is maybe my 3rd time getting this close and then losing it (in a bad way). You can probably imagine how I feel. I know the number on the scale is arbitrary in reality, but it still feels important to me.

Ouch! Maybe the sodium in the chips is making you retain a little water, as well. Try drinking more water and cutting back on the salt!

I shouldn't have been eating them to begin with! I didn't need them :( I'm going to do better about not getting chips, I use to not crave them at all because I stopped eating them but one you give a mouse a cookie....But yeah I should be drinking more water regardless
