Well, I'm back!!! Since my return home Oct 15, I've not been able to do all the walking that I enjoy. I have a big issue with my left foot which I'm waiting for Feb 5 when I go see a surgeon. The pain is awful and I'm very limited to what I can wear on my feet. Now that it's winter I'm not able to wear winter boots for any more than approx 30 mins. This is really getting to me mentally. Now that we had Christmas, of course I refused to do my baking but that didn't stop me from eating like crazy and going to bed with snacks. I'm really hoping that I can get some support as always from you guys. This next few days will be hard to get motivated again but I'm really going to work on it. I've already purged any and all treats from the holidays so I don't have access. I'm going to be on my treadmill and bike and also use an app that I've paid for, for yoga. This I must do everyday for the next week or so. Thank you all in advance and here I go!!!!!! lol

Have you looked into chair yoga/aerobics? It's not just for seniors but for anyone who is dealing with mobility issues. Do a search on You Tube for them. It might help you until you are able to see your surgeon.
