Happy Friday buddies!
I'm feeling great today. Finally feel like I'm getting out of this funk I've been in over the past couple weeks. Haven't been a very supportive buddy, and I'm sorry for that :(
Cranked out 30 burpees during my workout this morning, and I'm wearing a top that fits great today and jeans that, not to toot my own horn, make my butt look fantastic, lol!
I really love building muscle. I don't think I've ever been this strong in my entire life.
