It is a great day! I'm down another 6 lbs, for a total of 44lbs! The last 2 days I've been very bad about eating and documenting my food. I've only recorded Tuesday, Thursday and now today. Tuesday I only ate 940 calories and yesterday, 565.

Excellent loss. But this journey will last a lifetime, otherwise you will bounce back heavier. Make certain that you are eating enough and not depriving yourself too much. Focus on building healthy habits. It is a marathon, rather than a sprint.

Penderg - I appreciate your advice. I am absolutely not eating enough. I feel like I'm always eating yet I still don't get in enough protein. I'm limited on sugar, gluten, & most dairy. Protein and vegetables are my mainstay. When I hit goal weight, they'll still be the main part of my meals.
