I had gone to Goodwill, and I had bought a size 18W in pants. I know it's not the size I am right now, but these are what I will be. I keep looking at myself in the mirror and I find it that I like how I look. And I am making progress. I can't wait to be able to fit in those jeans. And I had estimated that I should be there in 5 months tops.

Honestly whatever small motivators you can use to motivate yourself to get up and do things are great cheaper and more long term the better whether it be happy quotes on post-it notes, buying new pants, inspirational videos, good friends, workout groups, I think they're all great! Just whatever helps you and they'll be different person to person and you may have to change those as you go. I believe that you are capable and can do this! Keep rocking out, friend.

I love that feeling of liking how you look when you see the mirror. So satisfying. That’s awesome that you’re feeling that way

I so glad for you that you can enjoy looking in the mirror. That will help you to love yourself more and more. The Lord loves you more than we can ever understand. And He want you to love yourself and enjoy life. You've been successful losing weight and I know you will continue. Sometimes I pick up used books about dieting at the thrift store. The more I read, it helps keep me focused on the direction I want to go. Also I sew: taking in pants and tops by running them in, down the sides to make them smaller. Playing with my clothes helps keep me focused. I've also bought things that were a little too small. I've yo-yo dieted all my life.

wow, congrats for losing almost 70 pounds! 18W is about where I started 18 months ago. I'm in 10s now, and happy there. I imagine you'll join me there soon. :D
