My journey with FatSecret has me the big loser; post-Thanksgiving and I find myself only 2.6 pounds from an end of year goal. There will be fluctuation but there is confidence that my weigh in for 2024 shall have me in reduction mode, less twenty five (25) from last year. It seems that sometimes being the loser is truly the winner?
