Back to calorie counting, but still paying for weight watchers until Xmas maybe, because my cousin offered to attend meetings with me. We shall see if she commits! I was definitely overeating on the program because the zero point foods are not zero calories. I might do a combo situation, I don't know.

Hey Abba that's OK you still use the WW info with your plan. The 1988-1989 weight
watchers plan was awesome, since then they are all over the place, I agree to confusing.

I have always been interested in Weight Watchers but tend to think it's not for me.

I think they changed fruit to zero points because people weren't eating fruit.

I took at look at a list of zero point foods on weight watchers. I don't understand how they think it's a good guide to lose weight. If you eat all you want of the zero value points & add in foods that are more points, your calories can start to add up pretty quickly. I can understand being able to eat all you want of some things like cucumbers, lettuce, celery, etc. but beans, chicken, apples....no way.
