Brought home a "thanksgiving dinner" tray today. A scoop of mashed potatoes, a scoop of stuffing, a scoop of low-fat turkey and gravy, and a roll. No idea how I'm supposed to calculate all that, even though it's "healthy" cafeteria food... I just out down a day's worth of calories in white rice 😅 And a few Reese's pieces on top. Weigh-in tomorrow for my doctor's appointment, so I'm trying not to freak out about it. It's not working. Makes me nauseous thinking about it, but I guess that's a good thing!
