Stayed the same this week did extra steps all week it’s a stubborn journey. I will get there slowly but surely. Hubby has maintained his goal weight for 3rd week . Wondering if my medication affects me ? Any body have same issues . Wishing you all a lovely weekend. From a very wet South Wales 🏴❤️😊
