You will get a mixed bag of advice on that question Dusty, we have a good blend of vegan and carnivore supporters here and there are pro's and con's to all of them, I lean towards High protein, high fat and minimal carbs, but that is what my body operates best on. If you are noticing that you gain more with plant based foods, trim them down and up your animal foods, if you gain more with animal based foods, trim it back the other direction. It's all about balance and finding the right balance for you takes time and lots of tweaking! But you can get there.
