Well, as I approach the end of the bulk, I'm starting to loosen up. Maybe a little too loose, but I sure enjoyed the salt and vinegar potato chips and pizza.

Pizza was, Sugar. Chips were Old Dutch. :) Soon to the cut.

I tried a Subway toasted roast beef sandwich a couple days ago. The vegan in me shuddered but my tummy stood up and applauded. I am still learning my way around the build muscle/ lose fat cycle. Everyone makes it sound so complicated. But so far I am pleased with my progress.

Not complicated. Lift some heavy things, eat some protein. Lift more heavy things, eat some protein. Yum!

Ahh that last entry was @ Nicholaix!

Hey, HCB. Don't think I'm not going to accept that advice too. :)

Listen to your body. I'm much like Nichol and eat lots of vegetarian and get plenty of protein from veggies but now and then some chicken or fish is what my body wants, every now and then some pork or beef, too much and it makes me sick to my stomach. I don't worry about the build muscle/ lose fat cycle maybe I should but don't.

What amazes me is the bulk, and cut cycles. It must be a man thing. If I did bulk, I would probably keep eating...so I just stay in the cut mode...
