The exact same today. It's okay, I'm still sick and while I do light workouts every day, I have been retaining water, according to my body composition. Likely because I'm sick. Oh well. 🤷🏻‍♀️
286.4 lb Lost so far: 11.2 lb.    Still to go: 68.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
