Finally under 130kg! 🥳
I'm always quite shocked when a lot of weight drops off overnight (since I'm going for sustainable not quick weight loss) but the body composition never fails to tell me that it's mostly water. 😂
I have lost 1.5kg of fat so far though, so that's pretty cool. 😊👍
286.4 lb Lost so far: 11.2 lb.    Still to go: 68.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
