So life happened.... After a tubular pregnancy and the passing of my Biological Father I ate my feelings.... What was the point right.... Felt stuck and decided to cling on my WHY. Why I wanted to be better and healthier..... So it's back to it... I know it won't be easy as I learned to stuff my face with everything and anything.... I have to learn again to be mindful....
