Well I back after a very long time of grieving. I have gained about 30 pounds and feel gross. I can't seem to get back on track.

Just coming back here and posting is a step in the right direction. You are among friends and there is no judgement, we've all had struggles. I'm sorry for your loss, and grieving is part of the process of coming to terms with it so you can move on with your life. It's all ok. Sending you good thoughts and prayers. :)

Listen to Melody ann. You are a dear person. I don't know you well, but I feel kind of like I do. You are so open and honest and kind. Trust me it shows, even on a laptop. I am sorry to hear of your grieving, it is so hard. :(
