Finally hit a goal I have been chasing this year. Ran a 10K in under 50 minutes (barely! 49:51). Next up is a half in about 3 weeks. Shooting for sub 2 hours for my first half marathon.

i love your run time goals on your profile, really great idea! I tell people when i run a sub 2 half I'll sign up for a full 🤣 have to shave 9mins for that so i think I'm safe from running a full!!
