I've been doing the Beyond Diet, and even though it's not giving me the tons of weight lose, I enjoy it and never feel hungry on it. I've also been working out a ton, so I think I would have more weight lose of my muscles weren't so sore right now. I'm gonna blame it on the lactic acid build up;) The best part for me is that I can actually see a difference in my body.
