It’s officially pumpkin spice season which is something I look forward to all year. I was shocked when I learned that a grande Starbucks pumpkin latte is 390 calories! Now I make my own from real pumpkin at 127 calories and I like it so much more. ☺️

That’s great! I tweak recipes as well making them better for my health goals. And like you said, a lot of times, it tastes even BETTER!

I like pumpkin. Hubby doesn't much.

Recipe is: 1/2 cup pumpkin purée 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp cloves 1/8 tsp nutmeg 1/4 tsp salt Mix together and store in fridge in Tupperware. Scoop a Tablespoon into your coffee or espresso along with your milk and sweetener. I used 1/2 cup oat milk and 1 Tablespoon of agave for mine which will come out to 127 calories altogether.
