28 Juli 2023 BB 78 .. 19 sept 2023 BB 68 .. IF 22/2 .. olahraga lari ditempat dengan dumbel 3 kg.. makan besar 1 kali..jam 12 tutup jam 14..makan bebas yg penting defisit kalori tdee ku 2300 kalori...biasa konsumsi di 1700- 1800 kalori selama jendela makan... cocok diet IF buat ku.. going to 58 kg
149.9 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Lari ditempat biasanya berapa menit ka?

20 menit aja pake dumbel buat beban.. Klo pegel bisa diturunin ayunan tangan nya.. Nanti naik lagi.. Lari nya ga usah tinggi2 paha nya kaya joging.. Dijamin ngocor keringat.. Pas perut kosong olahraga cepet fat loss..
