Goals...
So I've been thinking about my goals and why they're important to me...
276 - it's not a formal goal, but when I hit it, I'll be 45% of the way and in Fat Secret, that means I go from Orange to Yellow! The colour change is quite exciting to me - shows I'm making HUGE progress!
275 - I'm not sure why this is so important, perhaps because it's 1/4 of the way through the 200s.
269 - This is huge - it's half way done towards the 199 goal I set.
Even my final goal I set, I'm not sure that 199 is really my final goal, but I think I set it because it's achievable, and I figure once I hit that, I'll figure out how I feel and see whether additional weight loss would be required. It probably will, but how much, well I'm not sure.
