I'm home from my day, so I'm going to write a real journal.
I was so shocked I lost 2.2 pounds... given my body is usually a week behind and my 2 weeks ago was not great, I am shocked that it went so well!
So 6 weeks ago, I set my goal at 275 for today, but I'm totally okay being 276.2! It doesn't mean I'm not still going to get through 275 next week.
I'm not sure if 269 by the end of August is even achievable. I'll leave that goal as is, and if I make it, I make it, and if I don't, I'll adjust. With vacation being just after that, I can't exactly extend it a week, so I'll leave it as is, and if it happens, it happens!
Anyways, just going to finish dinner, and then workout! I'm thinking elliptical intervals and some weights.

Brandy you are doing great, you have lost a lot of weight so far, congrats. I know my weight loss is slowing down as well. But you know we are both in such a better place than we were last summer. I know I feel so much better about myself. Actually painted my toe nails yesterday, it was no problem at all, so I am getting back to feeling human, had no way of doing that last summer. Funny what little things are so exciting.

You're so right Yvonne! I love being able to do more of the normal things in life! And I feel almost invinceable! I can walk 5K, I can do anything! LOL
