Started a workout routine 2 months ago. I go there 5-6 days a week and run at least 2 miles on the tread mill and then lift weights for 15 minutes after. I joined FatSecret 5 days ago because the scale won’t budge.

Never had it, but definitely looks like it might also be an interesting way to maybe cook an omelette! 🤔
