Long days, short on sleep - made it to the gym Tues and Wed - two for two!! Hope to go today and Friday as well - this week's goal. Trying to build up to running 5k on the treadmill. Took a friends son to the dr yesterday, son had appt after school, grocery store, gym, picked up my daughter, made dinner, library and swim meet - ugh! Long day.
