After 3 week vacay started eating clean, fruits, veg, protein, less carbs. Trying to limit drinks to 2 per day, not doing much weight training but getting back to walking and proper sleep. Lots of stress at home.
125.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
