Hey 😊 Can I please ask if u don't mind. how many meals you eat a day do you snack in between? how many times you exercise a week ? TIA

Hi Siwee I skip breakfast i eat lunch at 12:00pm and supper 19:00pm 1fruit at 15:00pm.I go to gym 5/4 days a week I try to burn at least 300cal. I drink on weekend Friday and Saturday red dry wine🍷🍷🍷

Thank you so much , am so lazy when it comes to exercise I will try and do this. I love alcohol so I think will try the dry red wine. Am trying and I wish I could stop snacking and eating chips.
