I’ve been consistent with my eating, and fitness, but not with my Wayans and chickens. I’m stall at the 190 Mark right now. I’m training for a marathon in October and running 30 to 40 km a week right now.
190.1 lb Lost so far: 49.9 lb.    Still to go: 30.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.1 lb a week
