Well I am proud of my self for plan out my day for the most part. Yesterday was a GREAT DAY TODAY Will also be. Positive Minds be positive things. Being Positive from now on and not as hard on myself :)
I know that but I wish it happen faster when I was young I losted weight faster now. When I got in my thirties it became hard and with having kids I didn't make the time to exercise/take care of myself. Now that am in my forthies it even hard but for my health I have to loss weight. I know I lost 20 pds in 2 mths but I thinks some of the weight came off because I came off some meds. I know everyweek won't be the same some ups and downs. I am going Try to not let the up get me down. Thanks for the be real message writiing this has made b=me realize that I have to keep this be real as a reminder.
