147.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

The NHS strongly recommends aiming to lose no more than a pound a week. It helps to avoid stretch marks and saggy skin, and it's a lot easier on your system. Just because you lost less than a pound doesn't mean it was a bad week or that you're doing badly overall.
