There will always be ups and downs.😔
Making sure the trend line continues to have a negative slope is what is important. 😀

Based on the trend line should hit my new goal in about 4-5 weeks.
Still on track so far.

Haven’t been able to workout very much these past couple of weeks. Work has been too busy :( 7AM to 9:30PM many days. 🤪 Balancing that with family life and personal responsibilities doesn’t leave much room for the gym. But, should be getting less busy starting the end of this week, and I plan to take a few days off the recharge and restart my workout routine. 🥳
