I'm trying not to be hard on myself. Exercise has been minimal. I'm trying to let myself eat what I like during the day and stay away from the kitchen at night. Hopefully that alone will affect my weight positively. But it's a new technique. It feels wobbly. But I like the idea in general, that of being less strict, except at night, which is the worst time for me. Maybe overall it will be better for me.

I'm also a night eater, but I've read that if you eat a big breakfast you're less likely to overeat at night. Here's hoping that works well for you Debbra. Glad you're not close to the fires.
