Over the past couple weeks I’ve started eating oatmeal almost every day and I’m still losing weight, so I guess my fear of all things carb has been unsubstantiated. Of course I still don’t use sugar or artificial sweeteners. I’m just using unsweetened soy or cashew milk, sometimes fruit, sometimes plant butter, but always psyllium husks to thicken it because I like my oatmeal like I like my booties- thicc!
