My perfect lunch. I could eat this combo every day. Chicken breast, brussel sprouts with balsamic & parmesan, apple, homemade apple-ginger kombucha and toast with 1/2 an avocado.

@S Lock: for lunch, I do it the quick and easy way. I actually microwave them for about 2.5 minutes to help soften and then transfer to a frying pan for a few more minutes. Add balsamic and parmesan at the end.
