Back to Basics, religiously will be weighing anything I eat or drink, this is a joke, need to loose the weight I put on, stepped up my fitness routine as wellx
147.8 lb Lost so far: 14.2 lb.    Still to go: 17.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
