This morning I got in a rush trying to make it to the dentist on time. Although I cooked my food and prepared a healthy low carb meal, I ate in such a rush I ended up getting sick. I'm not sure if I'm suppose to count that food because it did not get digested but I"m going to count it anyways. I noticed yesterday that the onions I was eating were pretty extreme in carbs for a veggie. So I disregarded them this morning. My next mini goal is to get off the diet rc. I need 700 dollars worth of dental work because of my soda addiction. Obviously the soda has cost me much more than just my weight. It's not hitting my pocket book!
