Included exogenous ketones into my lifestyle to assist with energy and salt depletion while doing keto. I am now wearing size 36 jeans, down from 46. I have lost 1.5-2" on whole body measurements.
262.0 lb Lost so far: 98.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
