I found fatsecret last night through a recommendation from a friend I'm excited to get started. I've finished one round of 21 Day Fix, and learned a lot from the experience. I'm currently combining what I learned with my love-hate relationship with weightwatchers. I'm using fatsecret's resources to see exactly I'm eating, things WW won't tell me. I'm believing in myself to go the distance after what feels like years of self-induced anxiety. On July 25th I am actually 161 not one 166, but I want to show myself how far I've gone.
